Every year, throughout the entire month of December, The Saint Paul Hotel hosts the live production of It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play. For many people, spending an evening at the Saint Paul Hotel with George Bailey and Clarence the Angel has become a favorite holiday tradition within their families. The Spare Key team looks forward to these performances as well. Not just for the incredible cast and story, but because we also get the chance to welcome guests at every performance and talk about how we help families throughout the nation!
Each year, Spare Key is honored to be the featured charity of these performances.
We are SO incredibly grateful to The Saint Paul Hotel and the full cast of It’s A Wonderful Life for showing their dedication to helping families facing real hardship pay real bills in real-time. Someone from the Spare Key team or Board of Directors is at every single performance to spread our mission and collect donations to help more families facing medical crises.
But, that’s still half a year away. Six months is a LONG time… why CAN’T the holiday fun kick off early?
Well, I’m here to tell you it can, and it WILL!
On Tuesday, July 25th from 3-5:30 pm, The Saint Paul Hotel (350 N Market St, St Paul, MN 55102) welcomes you to spend an afternoon celebrating Christmas in July!
The afternoon will be filled with local vendors selling handmade gifts, small bites & beverages, and even a chance to say “Hi!” to the Spare Key team! With 15 vendors joining the fun on Tuesday, it’s hard to decide what I’m most excited about, but I can tell you that each of these vendors will have beautiful, handmade, one-of-a-kind gifts that the friends and family in your life will love. And when else will you EVER be able to say you’re kicking off your holiday shopping SIX months early?
