Garrett is a little superstar with quite a few medical mysteries and complexities. He spent his first five months struggling to live in the hospital, and after several surgeries he was able to discharge and join his family at home with a feeding tube, breathing tube, and severe developmental delays. He spends as much time as can at home with his loving parents and four siblings with the help of in-home skilled caregivers. We have moved five times since his birth in order to better suit his needs. We are doing everything we can to keep him thriving at home with his family and give him a beautiful and inclusive life. We are committed to the sentiment that “this world is full of beauty even though it is full of pain.”
