I have missed a lot of work because I two special needs kids. The oldest has been in and out of the mental hospitals along with juvenile detention due to his mental health issues. My youngest son has a chromosomal deletion,  adhd, autistic like tendencies and cognitive delays. My oldest son has ADHD,  bipolar,  ODD, mood disorder and advanced defiance disorder. This has caused me to miss a lot of work to get my children to appointments and this has put is behind. We really need help.
