I was injured in 2011 and I’ve had two rotator cuff surgeries and with increased pain over the years became depressed. I lost my job, but getting some disability from bureau of Worker’s Comp. This caused me to get behind on my truck payment, and it’s my only transportation to the doctor. I can’t catch up and I’m 90 days behind due to my tax situation that I haven’t been able to pay. We are living paycheck to paycheck to make it. Any help is appreciated. thank you!
