I am a single mother that is just trying to do what she has to for her son. I currently am unable to work due to medical reasons. I've been in and out of the hospital for the last few years. I haven't been able to work in those few years and originally was getting help with my bills. I am now pending disability again after my doctor contacted my insurance company to help me apply for disability again because of the rapid decline in my health. I was born with an autoimmune disorder that causes lymph nodes to swell which over time kills off the healthy cells within organs. I have had multiple biopsies done and imaging every 6 months. I now have been diagnosed with heart failure and am having to go to the heart transplant clinic once a month to see my doctor. We are at risk of eviction and I have no vehicle to get my son or myself around to get to doctor appointments, school, grocery shopping, or even to the laundromat to wash our clothes. I would be using the money to go towards my eviction so that we don't end up on the street.
