I was diagnosed with cervical cancer in September of 2021. I chose to undergo chemotherapy, radiation, and have had 3 surgeries. I was then informed my cancer was terminal and was receiving palliative care services  (palliative infusions) at Fairview Health until 2 severe hemorrhage episodes. I was transferred to inpatient hospice in Fairview and informed the team of my goal to pass away at home. I started on CentraCare Hospice services as of 9/12/2023 and continue to live in my own home. I have been unable to work since July of 2023 and will not receive social security until the end of February. I am behind in rent payments and would appreciate support in alleviating that financial stress during this season.
