Hello my name is sara medina I have a auto immune disease called myasthenia gravis. I have 9 year old twins and a 8 month old baby let's remind a little bit. My father and I bought a home together and he was my best friend about 3 years later my boyfriend and i found out I was pregnant with my most recent daughter Zaylia Oct 5th 2023. 

Unfortunately, on October 6th 2023 my father passed away and I ended up having to take on full responsibility of paying for our home. I worked until May 2024, when I gave birth on May 23th 2024. Shortly after I had my baby,  I was hospitalized because I was not feeling well. I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis (along with other illnesses) and been fighting this disease as hard as I can. 

I'm currently getting blood transfusions and my doctor ordered me to get a port for my transfusions. The port wore me out, and I started not feeling very well. I went to the ER to find another discovery that the doctor didn't notice months ago. In a scan, they found a thymoma tumor growing in my chest. 

I recently have been in the hospital for that and the process of the removal and now the waiting game to see if the cancer has spread. I'm trying my best to keep a positive attitude but this has been very rough. I need help financially until I can get back on my feet. Thank you.
