My name is Ashlee Russell, and I am a single homeless mother of two amazing children, George (age 10) and Isabella (age 6). In the past two years have been debilitated, full of loss, and tragedy after tragedy. Followed up by pain mentally, physically and emotionally for myself and my children. Riddled with unemployment due my sons one of Chronic illnesses, a long haul with COVID 19, with micro blood clotting, constant doctors appointments, moving multiple times, and being owned money for work.
We suffered a house fire that was a total loss, where my children had to jump off a deck 15 feet in the air to escape and we lost our dog of 14 years. Then we moved into a rental with black mold that lead to more medical problems, and lost our only vehicle, We bought a cheap vehicle at an auction, but that car has become another expense. With having to switch schools again, incredible debt, and a spiritual battle. No help and being homelessness,
I need stability for my children where they can be safe, thrive and not have to worry. I own a property that is paid off, but my old boss gutted and never finished the job. Ultimately my goal, in a perfect world, would be to pay down my debt or completely off and to have a livable property! I need help to get back where I need to be so my children can be stable. I am drowning, and especially feeling like a failure as a parent, I don’t even have gas money to get back and forth to appointments. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
