Hello !! My name is Cindy.  I'm a single mother of one son who is dealing with constant pain from a fall we both suffered at a old apartment we used to live. He suffered a concussion and I ended up with arthritis in lower back numbness in right leg and two back surgeries and two ablasions along with shots. Im behind on bills due to no short term disability for my time off from both surgeries.  I was out for 6 to 8 weeks and now out for 4 weeks.  I need any help you can offer so that I dont lose my house and car and the use of my phone.
