Hello everyone! Im a young 23 year old mother of 4 little ones! 2 sets of twins, (4 years old & 2 years old)! On September 22nd, I had to endure the scariest day of my entire life. My 2 year old babygirl was fighting for her life. She caught covid, rhinovirus and along with having severe asthma. She almost died! the hospital was doing everything they could for her but she kept getting worse. Nothing was working and she was just getting worse. They had only 2 things left they could do to try to save her life. So they decided to put a tube into her lungs. The procedure itself was dangerous. They said basically it was going to either help her or kill her an by the grace of a miracle she pulled through. So she basically was put into an induced coma and the ventilator was breathing for her. She’s been heavily medicated and they are doing an have been doing literally everything they can for her.

Sadly, she was still really bad. Levels were still horrible and they said she’s really really sick 'the sickest child in the icu' is what they told me. Imagine hearing that about your own tiny baby. It’s been heart wrenching!! So they basically said there is one last thing they can try. They said she would have to be transferred to another hospital with the right equipment to help her. They said if her levels didn’t get better she would need to be put on a lung heart bypass machine with an artificial lung and donor blood to save her life an help her recover. So they rushed and transferred us. Before they decided to go through with that (because they said it’s a very dangerous procedure with lots of risk especially death) they wanted to give her one last chance to see if she can show signs of getting a little better an to see if her levels can change.

BY THE GRACE OF ANOTHER MIRACLE SHE HAS PULLED THROUGH!! Her levels have hit the right numbers to keep her from going on the lung heart machine. So as of right now currently she is being stable and showing steady better levels. But with all that being said this has just been so much for us to deal with on top of already struggling with bills and making sure my other kids are okay during all this and it’s all just a lot. I just wanted to share our story out there to see if anyone wanted to help with anything or also just give us love, support and prayers! We are in for a long ride right now. Been in the hospital for a long time dealing with her condition and recovery. So if anyone could possibly help with literally anything, just to be able to take the stress off of our shoulders an can keep us somewhat comfortable during this difficult time it would be so greatly appreciated.  Dealing with life on the outside of the hospital along with inside is starting to get stressful now that we are into awhile being here. Her dad can’t even be here anymore so he can go back to working 2 jobs just so we can still be able to pay the bills. And now no one can help us with watching the other kids so I have to go home an leave my little girl at the hospital all by herself it hurts so much. Again anything is so appreciated THANK YOU!
