Hello, I am a 36 year old marine veteran, and a wildlife firefighter for the state of Georgia with 2 young boys, who are 7 & 12 years old. I was abruptly taken from my full time job on 5/16/23 when diagnosed with aggressive Acute Myeloid Leukemia. The treatment requires 5 rounds of inpatient intense chemotherapy (HiDAC.) in Gainsville, fl VA hospital. I am now on the 3rd round of chemo, with 2 more months to go. Then I am off to Moffitt in Tampa, FL for a bone marrow transplant. I am not allowed to work or be around others except my caregiver. I will be in Tampa and need housing, car payments, insurance and basic daily life needs. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Numbers still dropping

Roberts (Cory) numbers are still dropping from chemo, we are praying they go up soon so he can be home a few days before his next round of chemo 8/30/23. His appetite has been hit or miss, currently battling a colon infection on top of severe anemia, neutropenia, near 0 platelets at risk for a severe bleed. He is on his 3rd month of being inpatient for intense chemo with only 15 days total home since original admission 5/16/23. Tomorrow starts the mark of his 4th month. 2 more rounds atleast of chemo then bone marrow transplant then weekly followup 4 hours from home x 1 year
