Hi, I’m the single mother of 6 beautiful kids. Two of them have been diagnosed with Sickle Cell Anemia disease. They have been back and forth to St. Jude's Hospital lately because their hemoglobin levels keep dropping dangerously low from their spleen being enlarged and trapping all the red blood cells . This is very life threatening for my girls which causes them to require blood transfusions a lot. Now we are preparing for major surgeries on August 15th, 2023 . This has caused me to be out of work more and to pay a nanny to watch my other 4 kids and bring them to school . Unfortunately this was very unexpected. The girls had problems before with there spleen in past but never this severe. The doctor wants to remove both girls spleens on August 15, because it will cause more harm then good if they are not removed. They have to get these blood transfusions before surgery to keep severe complications from happening. I have to bring them to the hospital every other week two day in that week to get the transfusions and labs done . This has caused a huge toll on my finances and to be behind on my bills. I have missed days from work to take care my girls. I’m asking for help to stay in my apartment and not be stress  and worry about getting evicted with my 6 kids. I have a 2, 8 & 11 yr old boys, and 5, 6 & 13 yr old girls. I do not have any other kind of support. Thank you, anything will be greatly appreciated.
