    Name
    Marquis Bridges
    Injury/Illness
Marquis was diagnosed with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis in January of this year

Hello, my name is Mrs. Karen Bridges, and I am married to Marquis's father, Dolston Bridges. My family and I are struggling financially, and we truly need your help. I just recently lost my job, and we are going to be struggling financially with our rent and other bills. Actually, we have been struggling for the last 3-4 months now because they have been cutting my hours at my previous job, but now they let me go from the company and that put us in a serious bind. Back in January of this year, our son Marquis was diagnosed with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis and he had to have major spine surgery in April, which took 12 hours to get through. Marquis's spine was curved at a 51-degree angle, and it was causing him serious discomfort as well. Marquis still has issues with his back, which causes his insomnia to get out of control. Marquis also suffers from insomnia, ADHD, Mood Disorders, and Depression. Marquis was diagnosed with ADHD when he was 4 years old, and he was diagnosed with Depression when he was 8 years old. His depression got worse in 2019 because, on May 21, 2019, we lost our oldest son, Kendryck to Domestic Violence. Our son was killed by an AK-47 at the hands of his girlfriend at the time. Our son, Kendryck was only 19 years old when his life was taken away from him so soon. Marquis spiraled into a deep depression after the loss of his big brother. There were many times that Marquis talked about harming himself due to him missing his big brother. Our family has suffered so much tragedy and adversity, and we just really need an agency to help us get into a nice place that will be cheaper and better for us financially. I have found two apartment complexes, and we already put in an application for both places, we just need the money for the deposit, and financial assistance to help with getting things for the new place (that is if your agency helps with that). Our family would very much appreciate it if your agency can help us with this, but if your agency can't then I completely understand. Thank you so much for your time.
