Dayton was born with hypo-plastic left heart syndrome or (HLHS) for short. Dayton just had his 3rd open heart surgery at CS Mott Childrens hospital 850 miles from home. We have been in. Ann Arbor for almost 2 weeks out of work and have bills back home as well as costs associated with staying in the hospital/hotel for days on end. We are just looking for some extra help during these times so we don’t have to worry about the bills back home.
